Job Qualification Requirements:
Must have at least 1-year of work-related experience. Can perform work assignments with less supervision. Familiar with using cleaning tools such as power washer, bush cutter, lawnmower, and other heavy duty cleaning equipment. Must be knowledgeable with using chemical cleaners, pesticides, and be able to mix detergents for cleaning solutions according to
specifications. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. This position includes shifting work schedules and each beneficiary shall have different days off, each with 1-
day off per week. Must be physically fit to be able to handle strenuous activities such as lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying heavy loads. All applicants must have own transportation to and
from work and must be able to secure CNMI Driver's license. This job is a temporary full-time position. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from employee's origin to the place of employment as well as return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(l). Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, removing garbage, and removal of construction debris. Remove debris, including wood, metal, and other construction materials on construction site. Remove debris from sidewalks, sweep, mop, and dust to maintain clean working areas. Clean and disinfect restrooms, break areas, and offices on the construction site. Clean, organized, and remove construction debris after project completion. Empty trash bins and disposed of waste properly. Mow or trim lawns or shrubbery, using mowers or hand power tools, and clear debris from grounds. Ensure pathways and walkways are free from obstructions and hazards. Organize and store tools, materials, and equipment. Assist with the unloading and moving of materials as needed. Manage recycling of materials according to site policies. Follow all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Report immediately any unsafe conditions or equipment to the site supervisor. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions. Assist construction workers and tradespeople such as receiving, checking, and arranging materials deliveries. Support other site functions and duties as assigned by the site managers such as cleaning portable toilets, clean drainages or gutters, lubricate hand tools, etc. Do other related duties as assign from time to time such as, collecting and storing PPEs, securing facilities after operating hours by locking doors, closing windows and setting up the alarm etc.
